HOW LONG DOES AN AVERAGE PROJECT TAKE?
This is dependent on the scope of the project. We take time with you to go over the project needs, requirements, design scope, etc early in the process. This helps us understand all the components at play for your project and assists us in creating a timeline between us, interior designers, engineers, general contractors, etc.
Our projects range from simple accessory structures that could take a month or less up to large custom homes that take a total of 2-3 years to finish design and engineering. Reach out to us for more specific answers to this commonly asked question since it is project dependent.

HOW MUCH DOES A CONSULTATION COST?
Our initial consultation is absolutely free. It gives you time to ask questions about the services we provide. We will go over your project and discuss your needs, budget and special project considerations. This meeting can be short as 30 minutes or last a few hours depending the project size and scope. We will spend as much time as it takes in order to build a detailed project propsal and answer any questions you have.
DO YOU PROVIDE TECHNICAL SUPPORT AFTER YOU COMPLETE MY PROJECT?
Yes, we continue to provide continued support for your project even after the construction documentation process is complete. We are happy to answer any questions you or the builder/contractor may have throughout your build.
DO YOU TAKE CARE OF PERMIT SUBMISSIONS OR HOA APPROVAL?
Yes, we take care of submitting all the required information to obtain building permits from your municipality (unless you would like to yourself). Also, we will upon request submit all required information to your HOA Design Review Board for their approval as well.
