HOW LONG DOES AN AVERAGE PROJECT TAKE?

This is highly dependent on a per project basis and can vary based on variables such as project type, size and complexity. We will collaborate with you during the design process in order to meet your needs while doing our best to stay within your budget.

 

A very simple project's construction documents such as  a small detached garage can be completed in as short as a few days and a large complex custom home project could take a few months.

 

 

WHAT TYPES OF PROJECTS DO YOU SPECIALIZE IN?

Any type of residential project. This includes new residential homes, additions, accessory dwelling units (guest home), accessory structures, remodels, decks etc. When projects require an engineer we outsource this work to a trusted company that we have experience working with.

HOW MUCH DOES A CONSULTATION COST?

Our initial consultation is absolutely free. It gives you time to ask questions about the services we provide. We will go over your project and discuss your needs, budget and special project considerations. This meeting can be short as 30 minutes or last a few hours depending the project size and scope. We will spend as much time as it takes in order to build a detailed project propsal and answer any questions you have.

DO YOU PROVIDE TECHNICAL SUPPORT AFTER YOU COMPLETE MY PROJECT?

Yes, we continue to provide continued support for your project even after the construction documentation process is complete.  We are happy to answer any questions you or the builder/contractor may have throughout your build. 

DO YOU TAKE CARE OF PERMIT SUBMISSIONS OR HOA APPROVAL?

Yes, we take care of submitting all the required information to obtain building permits from your municipality (unless you would like to yourself).  Also, we will upon request submit all required information to your HOA Design Review Board for their approval as well.
